It takes just a few minutes to provide an effective demonstration of the Customer Administration Portal to a prospective customer.

The following points of advice will help give an effective and impactful demo:

Time: Try to keep the demo under 10 minutes. The point is not to show everything the CAP can offer, but highlight the things that are most impactful to the client.
PBX: Use a demo PBX that you have built. It can have a bunch of features on it that you use in your lab for testing, but it should have the features that you are hoping to highlight, obviously.
Scope: Keep it to a few sections. The ones I find are most effective are Location, Administration , Reporting, then Enterprise Services
