Step 1 - Create the new voicemail box

  1. Log into the user portal portal.vitelity.net

  2. Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen

  3. Choose "My Numbers"

  4. Choose "Voicemail"

  5. Click on "New VM Account"

  6. Fill in the appropriate details and select "Create"

Step 2 - Assign voicemail to a phone number

  1. Go to the My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen

  2. Choose "My Numbers", click on Action menu

  3. Choose "Voicemail", choose a new vm box

  4. Choose the number of rings before reaching voicemail

  5. Click Save

Step 3 - Access voicemail settings

  1. Go to My Products and Services menu on the left side of the screen

  2. Choose "My Numbers"

  3. Choose "Voicemail"

  4. Click the link "View Instructions"

  5. Click on Help checking voicemail via the telephone

  6. Follow steps listed here to access voicemail box
